Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Eds-ks.com Klient.
2. Open Profile, then choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the request. Mobile sessions and client-app push tokens are revoked immediately.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address registered to your account. Include your name and registered phone number so we can verify the request. Never send your password.

What happens next

• You have a 30-day grace period. Signing in during that period cancels the deletion request and restores mobile access.
• After 30 days, sign-in credentials, profile and contact details, saved recipients, mobile preferences, tokens, and mobile usage data are deleted or anonymized.
• Shipment, delivery, payment, invoice, and related business records may be retained where needed for contracts, disputes, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation.
• Kosovo accounting law requires journals, general ledgers, and supporting books to be kept for at least 10 years, source accounting documents for at least 5 years, and payment-related documentation for at least 3 years.
• Proof-of-delivery photos are normally retained for 12 months, but a specific record may be preserved longer for an audit, dispute, legal claim, fraud investigation, or another legal preservation duty.
• A minimal deletion record is retained to demonstrate that the request was completed and to prevent accidental account reactivation.

Deleting your account does not immediately erase records that must be retained by law or are necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Access to retained records remains restricted.
